The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made on this resort website. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking:
1. Check in
Please present your ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in. By Law visitors must present personal documents for hotel records. These documents will be returned upon departure.Unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation, Guests may check-in if your booking time on the scheduled day of arrival.
2. Check out
Check out time is ( mention your checkout time here) please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. The extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available, the normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry or period the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.On the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by your specified check out time.
3. Guest's belongings
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out going to bed. For the convenience of the Guest, electronic safety lockers are provided in the room to store any valuables. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
4. Pets
Mention your policy for Pets ( allowed or not- allowed ) / (Allow us to make separate arrangements. )
5. Damage to property
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
6. Photographs and videos
Using photographs and video's taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.
7. Luggage storage
Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room, at the guest's sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause, Luggage may not be stored for a period of over 30 days.
8. No smoking and no cooking
Guests are not permitted to smoke in the suites. Cooking using any electrical or non-electrical appliances is strictly not allowed in the suites including the rooftop balcony area. We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit card for any damage and specialist cleaning costs (caused by smoking and/or cooking) incurred to your suite, your balcony or the resort during your stay. A charge of RM 500 will be imposed if any cooking is done in your room, your balcony and/or on the beach.
9. Booking policy
You can book our rooms in online or you can come to reception to book the rooms.If you want to cancel the booking please notify us as soon as possible.We will not refund if you booked rooms didn't come that day.
10. SOP rules
● a. Guests are strongly encouraged to wear their own face masks at all times when they are in the hotel’s indoor premises (i.e. main lobby, restaurants, all indoor public areas and function rooms).
● b. Guests and visitors to get their temperature screened at all hotel entrances, including the main lobby, food and beverage outlets and meeting venues.
● c. Guests and visitors need fully 2 dose of vaccination you may can booking the room .
● d. Guests are required to follow the guidelines implemented by the respective local government on contact-tracing and/or self-declaration.
● e. Physical distancing will be observed at all times and floor markers will be present at queuing areas, including at the front desk, concierge and/or cashier counters. In addition, furniture in public areas around the hotel has been rearranged to maintain physical distancing rules.
● f. Partitions and/or physical distancing arrangements are placed at the hotel’s front desk to provide an added level of precaution and comfort for guests and staff.
● g. Guests are encouraged to use the hotel’s contactless services which includes express check-out to facilitate ease of departure and/or also e-wallet payments where available at the front desk and food and beverage outlets.
● h. In the elevators, safety instructions, including the number of guests allowed at one time, are placed inside the elevators. The elevator floor has been clearly marked with directions, so that guests do not face each other and maintain proper physical distancing.
